Refunds & Returns Policy

Option One Nutrition allows for Returns on any product that has not been opened and the manufacturer safety seal is still intact and uncompromised. Returns may be given in the event the product was ordered in error. (Meaning you placed the order but you received the incorrect product) or YOU the customer request a refund prior to completion of the order. In the event a return is based on no fault of Option One Nutrition or its agents(ie, Shipping staff, warehouse etc.) the customer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s). All returned items MUST be received at our warehouse within 7 business days after issuance of any refund. If the items are not received within the specified time the customers credit card will be charged for the original cost of the items.

Order returns are also accepted if it has been confirmed that fraudulent activity was involved in the processing of the order.
