This format is in place to protect our customers. In the event your credit card or other information is lost or stolen by no fault of the cardholder, other individuals cannot purchase items without entering the actual card holders address for delivery. This prevents deliveries from arriving at unauthorized locations prior to the card being reported stolen by the cardholder thus protecting our customers as well as Option One Nutrition. In the event this does occurr, Option One can recover the products directly from the legal cardholder and provide a refund directly without the hassle of merchant chargebacks through your bank. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however your  protection is priority one when shopping with us.
