Shipping Policy

At Option One Nutrition we understand the importance of receiving your supplements in a timely manner in order to maintain your training regimen. Our aim is to save you as much money related to our shipping methods as possible.

O1N uses two methods of shipping for your convenience. United States Postal Service (USPS) priority shipping for smaller items and UPS Ground Service for larger and heavier orders.(Special low rates for bulk orders) These methods can take up to 5 days before your items arrive. We use these methods to keep cost down so we can pass those savings on to you as the customer. Orders are  processed the same day once received so we can usually get your order to you within 2 days depending on your location.

Ultimately as an O1N customer you are guaranteed the safe and secure delivery of the supplements, training gear, DVD's or any of the over 5,000 products that we offer.

Option One Nutrition relies on United Parcel Service(UPS) & United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver our top name brand products to your home or business. Both services are timely and reliable, However from time to time they may make an error that is no fault of O1N or its agents. When you order you will be provided with a tracking number. when items leave any one of our warehouses throughout the United States it becomes the responsibility of the shipping entity to get your package to your home or business on time and in good condition. Option One Nutrition cannot be held liable for items in the care of either of our shipping entities whether they are lost or stolen. However in the unusual event that sonething of this nature happens, O1N will gladly assist the customer to resolve the issue.
